TOPIC: Throughout the world, we have Angels. In Christianity, we see an angel appearing to Mary in the Annunciation. Angels wake up Joseph in dreams and protect the Christ Child. They are messengers of joy to the poor proclaiming a new world order. How do we listen to the angelic messages today in a world beset by darkness and war? This Workshop encourages us to listen deeply to the Voice of God through the Angels in our lives.
TOPIC: Hope is not ego optimism. When the collective shadows are at their darkest point… that is when hope often stirs in the soul, recognizing the opportunity for birth. This Jungian-Christian workshop will contemplatively gaze into the mystery of social transformation through an encounter with transpersonal hope.

Topic: Underlying feelings of shame and guilt can be among the greatest stumbling blocks to spiritual growth and a deeper relationship with God. This workshop explores feelings of shame and neurotic guilt as they relate to images of God, self, and others, all within the context of Spiritual Direction.
TOPIC: As spiritual directors listen to the prayer life and religious experience unfolding in the lives of their directees, they must practice the discipline of listening in stereo. They become witnesses to the unfolding story of God in their directees lives as well as in their own God-story. A silent, contemplative retreat for spiritual directors and others in the helping professions was given to help reflect on and explore their experiences of spiritual direction as spiritual practice. Taken from that retreat, this workshop focuses on tending and deepening the experience of the spiritual director.

During these times of fundamentalism and polarization, this workshop looks at Merton's prophetic view of spiritual direction, including his language of true and false self, his vision of a just society and interfaith dialogue. The day is designed for beginning and experienced spiritual directors, pastoral ministers, teachers, chaplains, and anyone interested in growth in the spiritual life.
TOPIC: Aging is not a failure but a process of growth and diminishment towards our authentic self. This workshop looks at the mystery of aging as God’s desire to fullness of spiritual development and union with God. Through the lenses of Jungian psychology and Christian spirituality, aging will be seen as our deepest desires for holiness by embracing limits and loss.
TOPIC: Those suffering the effects of Chronic Pain, be it recovery from surgery, or some kind of accident, or from the painful aging process, all face the potential of a spiritual crisis or awakening. This workshop deals with the shadow side of contemporary spiritual movements, which do not lead us to authentic spiritual transformation. This workshop looks at spiritual materialism, narcissism, and the dangers of charlatans, as it engages both healthy and unhealthy forms of spiritual movements.

TOPIC: In Today’s culture, beset by addictions and enhanced technology, there is a growing problem with lack of boundaries. Workaholism has become THE socially acceptable disease. This workshop looks at the characteristics of the workaholic, and from a Jungian and Christian perspective, suggests a healing process that strives to distinguish the difference between workahoiism and a passion for work and life.
TOPIC: The journey to being fully alive and become an awakened being calls for a threefold process of inner healing, individuation, and the mystical quest. TOPIC: The Spiritual life is not about becoming prayerful, it is about something much more radical: being taken over by the divine. It is the burning away of all that is not God. Prayer, then becomes the miracle of God…erupting in our surrender. This guided/preached retreat is a contemplative response to God’s invitation to be taken into the “chariot of fire.”
TOPIC: Creativity and Intuition are soulful perceptions of an inner reality. They assist us to bring forth God's creative spirit to be incarnated through life-giving expressions. But there can also be a dark component, an engulfment from which we need to protect ourselves. This recording was a weekend intensive workshop complete with input sessions, sharing and creative expressions, all through the lens of Jungian psychology.
TOPIC: Carl Jung, as psychological commentator, provides a language to help us articulate what is happening in our 21st century world and American society. Looking through Jungian lenses, this workshop names some of the collective forces at work and, from our Religious Structures and Spiritual Traditions, suggests ways to rediscover conscience and the search for truth.
TOPIC: Prayer, Non-violence, Interfaith Dialogue, Spiritual Direction, and Spiritual Transformation are just some of the critical topics that are discussed through the insights of Thomas Merton. This guided retreat was designed to help us clarify our values and energize us to act and/or cope with a world often torn by division and fear.
TOPIC: The call to be Mystics, especially during periods of intense collective turmoil, is to create a new vision in this resistant world. The goal of this guided retreat invites us to go deeper within the Voice of God, to help us help co-redeem the world.
TOPIC: This intensive workshop integrates three contemporary areas of human growth. From a Jungian perspective, recovery and addictions are perceived as potential healing events. The paradoxical giftedness of recovery leads to the opportunity for spiritual transformation.
TOPIC: Joy is a mysterious encounter with Otherness. Deep joy and consolation become possible as the Soul quiets itself. However, humans tend to resist their deepest desires, including Joy. Though we long to experience its fullness, we must face the manipulation of the ego, and make it powerless in order to experience the fullness of Joy. This recording focuses on the qualities of a life saturated in God, in hopes of filling the listener with the joyous mysteries of life.
TOPIC: The culture has created a great divide between sexuality and spirituality. This workshop investigates the necessary union between the transformative powers of sexuality in our search for the Beloved, and the opening to the Divine. From a Jungian and Christian perspective, we see that the libido moves us to spiritual transformation, examining both the light and shadow aspects.
TOPIC: This training intensive points out the differentiation between personal shadow work, collective shadow in society, and the mystery of evil. Using both Jungian and Christian insights, this program can help to unfold the mystery of light and darkness. Anyone consciously on their spiritual journey needs to do deep shadow work. In addition, spiritual directors, pastors, and counselors need wisdom to engage the encounter. This intensive is especially important and useful for Spiritual Directors.

TOPIC: Throughout the world, we have Angels. In Christianity, we see an angel appearing to Mary in the Annunciation. Angels wake up Joseph in dreams and protect the Christ Child. They are messengers of joy to the poor proclaiming a new world order. How do we listen to the angelic messages today in a world beset by darkness and war? This Workshop encourages us to listen deeply to the Voice of God through the Angels in our lives.
